We aim to develop three products: one for relieving marijuana withdrawal symptoms, another to detect genetic vulnerability to marijuana addiction, and a rapid saliva test kit to measure THC concentration in your system.
LB101- Medications to Relieve Marijuana Withdrawal Symptoms
Marijuana withdrawal symptoms can be quite painful, and no one should have to endure such discomfort while trying to quit. We are currently screening drug candidates to help alleviate marijuana withdrawal symptoms.
LB201- Marijuana Addiction Genetic Vulnerability Test
Several genes, including DRD2, ALDH2, OPRM1, CHRNA5, and CACNA1C, have been associated with an increased risk of addiction, affecting neurotransmitter systems and substance metabolism. LB201 is to be developed as a specific genetic vulnerability test for marijuana addiction.
LB301 - Rapid Saliva Test Kit to measure THC concentration
Just as no pilot should fly blind, no one should navigate the journey of quitting weed without insight. It can be encouraging to see the decrease in THC levels in your body, particularly in saliva. LB301 is an easy-to-use at-home test kit designed to measure THC concentration in your system and is currently in early development.
